While the picture at left might not be pretty to look at, it does demonstrate some of our cutting capabilities. This is an Amada HA-400 fully automatic bandsaw (purchased new in December, 2012) cutting through a piece of 10" diameter 4140 heat treated stock. This particular job called for 50 pieces cut to .875" with a cutting tolerance of +.020 / -.000. Some might cringe at that tolerance but this saw handled it with ease. The length was input at .880 and the 50 pieces wound up ranging from .880 to .884, a total variance of .004.
We now have an initial offering of DCF tool steel round bars available in grades A-2, D-2 and S-7. Flat bars and square bars will be available by the end of the day Friday.
Our stainless steel bar stock is now fully loaded and available for sale. This product category spans six different grades in stainless round bars, flat bars, square bars and hexagon bars. Coming soon will be stainless angle, stainless tubing and stainless pipe.
We're working on our other categories that as of yet have no products listed: steel tubing, alloy steel, tool steel and our sales and specials offerings. Watch for those to all be populated in the days ahead.

We've begun loading our stainless steel bar stock and grade 304 should be complete by the end of the day Friday, look for a full selection of stainless round bar, flat bar and squares. Following shortly will be grades 303, 316, 416 and 17-4 in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Update 7/29: 303 stainless steel is being loaded in today, watch for a selection of rounds, squares and hexes to pop up throughout the day.
